These terms govern your subscription
to PresenterTemplates.com and form part
of the general terms and conditions
governing the material on, use of and
access to PresenterTemplates.com.
We may change these Subscription Terms
at any time in its sole discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that
you regularly review these terms and
any other notices or communications
made by us relating to your PresenterTemplates.com
subscription.
By continuing to use PresenterTemplates.com,
you agree to be bound by changes to
these terms. |

Registration, Authorized
Use, Security & Monitoring
Your subscription
will not be valid unless and until we
accepts your registration. All personal
information you provide us will be treated
in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
It is your responsibility to inform
us of any changes to that information.
When you register with PresenterTemplates.com,
you select a username and a password, which you may then
modify at any time. You must ensure
that these remain confidential at all
times since you are entirely responsible
for all use, activities and charges
associated with or arising from any
use of your username and password (regardless
of whether you authorized such use),
including unauthorized use of your or
any other credit card. Each username
and password must be used by a single
user and is not transferable. An attempt
to login with a username and password
that is already in use will disconnect
the other user. You must notify us immediately
if you become aware of any unauthorized
use of your username and password. We
may monitor usage and unauthorized usage
of PresenterTemplates.com (including
but not limited to concurrent usage
of username and passwords) and may take
any action it deems appropriate, including
immediately terminating your subscription. |

Subscriber Information
Subscriber agrees
that PresenterTemplates.com may store
information that Subscriber provides
during the registration process, as
well as usage information, and provide
aggregate statistical information about
subscribers to advertisers, potential
advertisers, suppliers and content providers.
Except in the event of merger or sale
of substantially all of the assets of
PresenterTemplates.com, PresenterTemplates.com
will not: (1) disclose to third parties
personal identifying information, such
as Subscriber's name, address, email
address, or phone number, unless required
to do so by law or court order; (2)
disclose to third parties Subscriber's
credit card information except to the
extent necessary to complete a transaction.
However, PresenterTemplates.com may
use such information to inform Subscriber
about the Service and other PresenterTemplates.com
products and services. |

Subscription Charges

We reserves the
right to change the fees it charges
for products, services or features offered
in connection with PresenterTemplates.com
at any time and will provide you with
one month's prior notification of any
such change. These sorts of changes
include, but are not limited to, adding
fees for new/optional products and/or
modifying fees for existing products.
In order to register for any level of
access you must submit valid credit
card details. When you submit your credit
card details during the registration
process the card details will be checked
for validity and the payment will be
processed immediately. If you are paying
by check then your subscription commences
on the day that your check is banked
by us. If, subsequently the check you
sent is not cleared, your subscription
will be cancelled and you will have
to make a new payment. Whether you pay
by credit card or check, you will be
given notification via email of the
commencement of your subscription. |

Subscription Charges

Subscription fees
and all other fees and charges associated
with your subscription (including, but
not limited to, any applicable federal,
state, and local taxes) will be billed
automatically to the credit card you
provide when registering for PresenterTemplates.com.
If you do not notify us of changes to
your billing details, we will assume
that all of the information related
to your credit card remains valid and
will submit to the card processor all
information that it requires for approval,
both when you initially subscribe and,
if applicable, upon the commencement
of any renewal of that subscription.
If any subscription fees or other charges
billed to your credit card are not processed
for any reason, we shall have the right
to suspend your subscription until such
subscription fees or other charges are
paid in full. You agree to pay all costs
(including legal fees) incurred by us
in collecting any unpaid subscription
fees or other charges from you. If payment
in full is not received from you, we
reserve the right to cancel your subscription.
Subscription fees will be based upon
the subscription rates in effect at
the start of each subscription term
and apply whether or not you actually
use PresenterTemplates.com during that
term. You cannot suspend your PresenterTemplates.com
subscription. |

Upgrading and Downgrading
Your Subscription
Depending on the
level of subscription that you selected
( e.g. Platinum Subscription, Premium
Template Subscription, Animated Template
Subscription, Low Priced Template Subscription
and Diagram Template Subscription),
you credit card will be charged. Once
your subscription has commenced, you
can at any time, change the level of
subscription. You can only cancel your
subscription in accordance with the
cancellation terms below.
You can, at any
time, choose to upgrade or downgrade
your package level in My Account.
When you upgrade, your new subscription
will take effect immediately. When
you downgrade, your subscription will
continue until you reach your RenewalDate.

|
|
Termination or Cancellation
of Your Subscription
If
you cancel your subscription in any
other case, your subscription will continue
in effect until your Renewal Date, and
then terminate on that day. The Renewal
Date will be the equivalent of the Commencement
Date in the year following the date
you give notice of cancellation. (For
example, if you join on January 1 and
cancel on June 15, your subscription
continues until December 1, at which
time it ends.) Subscription fees are
non-refundable. We may however, at its
sole discretion, agree to refund any
amounts in exceptional circumstances.
When you provide us with notice to cancel
your subscription, you will still have
access to your subscription at no charge.
We will notify
you about the renewal of your annual
subscription. Unless you notify us
that you wish to continue your subscription
at the end of your then-current subscription
term, your subscription will automatically
end.
We may immediately
cancel your subscription, without
notice or liability, if it determines
in its sole discretion that: (1) you
have breached any portion of these
Subscription Terms or the general
terms and conditions for PresenterTemplates.com
or (2) your use of or access to PresenterTemplates.com
violates any applicable law or regulation
or otherwise inhibits any other subscriber
from using or accessing PresenterTemplates.com
or any other service offered by us
on PresenterTemplates.com.
None of the foregoing
limits any other legal, equitable,
or contractual rights available to
us. We may, in its sole discretion,
choose not to renew your subscription
by providing you with notice via email
of non-renewal at any time during
your subscription term. |
